Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for our Telecom domain. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling bulk and target-based hiring while ensuring quality talent acquisition within defined timelines.
Key Responsibilities
Handle full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels
Manage bulk hiring requirements for telecom roles within tight deadlines
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and job specifications
Conduct initial HR interviews and assess candidates for role fit and cultural fit
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
Follow up with candidates for interview feedback, offer acceptance, and joining
Education : Graduate in any discipline
MBA / PGDM in HR will be an added advantage
Age Limit: Below 30 years
Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sourcing, negotiation, and closing abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Experience in bulk hiring
Proficient in MS Office and recruitment tools

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
