Job Description:
We are hiring an Talent Intelligence Architect (Agency Recruiter) to help unlock one of our platform’s most exciting opportunities: building high-quality searches and candidate pipelines at scale. In this role, you will collaborate with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and our MCP-powered agents to explore new approaches, surface top talent, and shape how our platform delivers value.
This is a hands-on, builder-style role for someone who thrives in a high-autonomy, high-accountability startup culture, embraces creative problem-solving, and wants to make a visible impact on the success of our customers’ recruiting efforts. You'll work across dozens of customer hiring organizations simultaneously, identifying what makes searches succeed or fail at scale.

As an equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex (including pregnancy), physical or mental disability, medical condition, genetic information, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, marital status, protected veteran status or any other legally-protected characteristic.
We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses and identifying potential inconsistencies or verification signals in application materials based on available information. These tools assist our recruitment team but do not replace human judgment. Final hiring decisions are ultimately made by humans.
