About the Role:
We have just launched an advanced, wireless neuromuscular stimulation, fitness device. We are seeking energetic, self-motivated Field Sales Executives to establish our specialized B2B2C clinical recommendation network.
Your primary objective is to visit premium dietitians, clinical nutritionists, and wellness hubs to onboard them into our exclusive partner network. You or the network partner will not be selling products directly, you will be managing highly professional relationships with healthcare and wellness experts and network partner will be recommending the fitness gadget.
Key Responsibilities:
· Map out and visit premium diet clinics, fitness centers, and wellness hubs in your assigned territory.
· Demonstrate our premium, wireless wellness technology to practitioners using a provided professional demonstration kit.
· Onboard clinics by setting up high-end informational brochures integrated with custom, trackable QR codes.
· Maintain weekly follow-ups with your onboarded clinics to monitor active recommendations, motivate them and to support their requirements.
Compensation Structure (High Earners Model):
This is a strictly freelance, outcome-based role designed for high-performing field executors. Your monthly earnings will scale based on your active clinic onboarding milestones and recurring sales commissions:
· Expected Monthly Earnings: ₹20,000 to ₹50,000+ per month
Breakdown includes a highly attractive fixed milestone payout for every verified premium clinic successfully on boarded, plus a recurring sales commission on every unit sold, generated automatically via your network's custom codes.
Requirements:
100% On-Field Role: This is strictly a feet-on-the-street field sales position. Candidates looking for remote, office-bound, desk-based, or telecalling work will be automatically disqualified.
· Mandatory Assets: Must own a smartphone and a reliable two-wheeler for extensive daily local city travel.
· Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal communication skills in English along with absolute fluency in the local regional language (Punjabi/Hindi for Chandigarh, Tamil for Coimbatore, Malayalam for Kochi, Marathi for Pune, or Hindi for Indore).
· Preferred Background: Candidates with a proven background, established professional network, or education in Pharmaceutical Sales (Medical Representatives), Medical Devices, B2B Field Sourcing, Nutrition, or Gym Corporate Memberships will be fast-tracked to final interviews.
