- Coordinating with clearing and forwarding of all exports
- Performing costing of all export shipments for goods in transit
- Sending the shipment details to the Insurance company, filing Insurance claims, and following up for payments/credit notes with the insurance company.
- Obtaining the dispatch details from the Purchase team and updating the daily dispatch details format.
- Daily Verification of stock
- Obtaining legal documents necessary for exports from the respective authorities.
- Submission of all the certificates along with other beneficiary certificates as per LC terminology and bill of exchange to Banks.
- Filling up the required details in the overseas Remittance application (Bank format). Sending Form A2 and debit note to the CA office for obtaining Form 15CA AND 15CB.
- Evaluate and approve BCI points and evaluate the utilization of the EPCG license
- Evaluate all reports submitted by Field staff
- Prepare MIS reports
- Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth and timely execution of shipments. Liaising with suppliers and necessary teams on all documentation required to clear shipments.
- Understanding customer needs and requirements.
- Follow up with all agents, clients, controllers, and bankers.
- Review paperwork and documents to ensure shipping, handling, storage charges, and customs fees are billed correctly.
- Process claims on merchandise shortages and overages.
- Processing of Debit Note raised by the buyer
- Communicate with trading desks, loading facilities, Controllers, Agents, vendors, and customers.
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments.
- Create, assemble, and present applicable export documentation required per country specific destination by export laws and regulations.
- Maintain export files in an organized and catalogued system.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
