Title: Sales Engineer ( Preferred experience in cranes and hoist)
Experience: 2 to 4 years
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Engineer who can bridge the gap between technical
expertise and sales excellence. This is a hybrid role: you will spend half your time in the
office managing leads and digital platforms, and the other half on the field meeting
clients and visiting industrial sites to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the industrial sector.
- Conduct technical demonstrations and explain the specifications of our hoists
and cranes to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver professional quotations and proposals.
2. Field Marketing & Outreach
- Travel across assigned territories (50% of the role) to meet factory managers,
purchase heads, and engineers.
- Conduct site visits to understand client requirements and suggest the right
machinery solutions.
3. Digital Platform Management
- Manage our presence on B2B platforms like IndiaMart.
- Respond promptly to online inquiries and convert digital leads into sales.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure
repeat business.
- Provide basic post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of daily sales activities and client visits.
- Report directly to management regarding market trends and competitor activity.
Requirements
- Education: A Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is
mandatory.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of proven experience in B2B field marketing or industrial
sales (experience in material handling or heavy machinery is a plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Hindi/Marathi is preferred for field interactions.
- Aptitude: A "go-getter" attitude with the ability to work independently and meet
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
