Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in selecting apparel.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Promote products and ongoing offers.
- Maintain store cleanliness and product displays.
- Handle billing and customer payments.
- Replenish stock and arrange merchandise.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer queries.
- Work closely with the store team to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass or graduate.
- 0–2 years of retail sales experience (apparel experience preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude.
- Willing to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
