We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products/services, generate leads, and provide customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads or sales
- Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries effectively
- Explain products/services and handle objections confidently
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and close sales
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Record call details and prepare reports
Pay: ₹8,502.96 - ₹30,766.31 per month
