Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee business development activities within an assigned region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and supporting revenue growth through regular market engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand business operations within the assigned territory.
- Identify and engage prospective customers through field visits, networking, and referrals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct meetings and presentations to explain company offerings and address customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service execution and customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback within the territory.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business opportunities.
- Generate periodic territory performance reports and provide business insights to management.
- Ensure achievement of assigned revenue targets and territory growth objectives.
- Support customer retention initiatives through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales, business development, territory management, or customer acquisition roles.
- Prior experience in industries such as insurance, real estate, membership sales, retail sales, or related sectors will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of field sales and customer engagement practices.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented and proactive approach.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
