We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented EXIM Executive to join our team and contribute to seamless international logistics, documentation, and compliance processes.

Location: Andheri (E), Mumbai
Core Skills and Knowledge:
· Import & Export Regulations:
Strong understanding of customs procedures, DGFT guidelines, import/export laws, duties, HS codes, and GST compliance (including LUT/Bond). Ability to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and avoid delays or penalties.
· Documentation Management:
Proficiency in handling and verifying critical documents such as Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading (BL), Airway Bill (AWB), Shipping Bill (SB), Certificate of Origin (COO), and Letter of Credit (LC) documents with high accuracy.
· Coordination & Execution:
Effective coordination with freight forwarders, customs brokers (CHA), shipping lines, transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely shipment planning, execution, and delivery. Strong follow-up skills are essential.
· Customer & Vendor Communication:
Regular interaction with overseas clients, agents, and vendors for shipment updates, approvals (such as BL drafts), and documentation exchange.
· Costing & Commercial Awareness:
Ability to review freight quotations, estimate landed costs, and understand duty structures to support cost-effective decision-making.
· Incoterms Knowledge:
Clear understanding of international trade terms such as FOB, CIF, CFR, DAP, EXW, etc., and responsibilities associated with each.
· Banking & Payment Processes:
Basic knowledge of export-import finance including Letter of Credit (LC), export payments, document negotiation, and coordination with banks.
· Problem-Solving Ability:
Capability to handle shipment delays, documentation discrepancies, and customs-related issues efficiently and proactively.
· System Knowledge:
Familiarity with ERP systems, ICEGATE, and shipping portals will be an added advantage.
Working Conditions:
· Working Days: Monday to Friday, with Saturday (Work from Home – 5 hours)
· Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
· Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications and experience in EXIM operations
· Benefits: Health Insurance as per company policy
· Travel: Occasional, including coordination with ports, customs offices, and vendor locations as per business requirements
