Role Overview:
We are looking for a warm and enthusiastic Preschool Teacher to nurture young children through play-based and Montessori-inspired learning. The role focuses on supporting children’s overall growth-academic, social, emotional, and physical-in a joyful classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate learning activities
- Create a safe, engaging, and child-friendly classroom
- Observe and support children’s developmental progress
- Encourage positive behavior and social skills
- Use creative methods like stories, songs, art, and hands-on activities
- Communicate regularly with parents
- Participate in school events and meetings
- Follow school policies and child safety guidelines
Requirements:
- Training in Early Childhood Education / Montessori (preferred)
- Experience in preschool teaching is an advantage
- Patience, creativity, and love for working with children
