Overview
We are looking for a tech-savvy Litify & Salesforce Automation Specialist to join our team. Your main job will be creating, fixing, and maintaining automated workflows within our legal system. You must have real, hands-on experience using both Salesforce and Litify to make daily processes faster and easier for our team.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM EST (Philadelphia, PA Time)
- Note: Includes a 30-minute paid break (40 hours per week).
Responsibilities
- Build Automations: Design and set up automated workflows, triggers, and validation rules inside Litify.
- Fix & Improve Systems: Look at our current legal workflows and find ways to make them faster and smoother.
- Keep Data Clean: Make sure all case information, client data, and legal templates in Litify are accurate and up to date.
- Team Support: Help internal team members solve technical glitches or problems they run into on the platform.
Requirements
- Litify Experience: Mandatory. You must have prior, hands-on experience working directly with the Litify platform.
- Salesforce Skills: Strong knowledge of Salesforce setup, custom objects, and Flow Builder.
- Problem Solver: You can look at a manual task and easily figure out how to automate it.
- Good English: Clear written and verbal English communication skills for working with our team.
- Detail-Oriented: Very careful about testing new automations so they don't break current workflows.
