Role Summary
Bridge business and technology to drive solution delivery and transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Translate requirements into functional specifications
Collaborate with stakeholders and tech teams for solution design
Evaluate tools/platforms and recommend best-fit solutions
Support project execution and ensure timely delivery
Drive FAT & UAT, including test case creation and validation
Ensure quality assurance and proper documentation
Support change management and stakeholder communication
Track KPIs and measure ROI of initiatives
Work on PLM and SCM Planning (hands-on exposure)
Skills Required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Requirement gathering and stakeholder management
Good understanding of SDLC
Hands-on exposure to PLM and SCM Planning
Basic knowledge of SQL, analytics, and digital technologies (AI/ML, RPA, UI/UX)
Awareness of testing (FAT/UAT) and cybersecurity basics
