About the Role
Vista's Learning is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media & Community Manager to build and engage our online community. If you're passionate about social media, content creation, audience engagement, and digital marketing, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow our social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Publish videos, reels, shorts, and other engaging content.
- Respond to comments, messages, emails, and audience queries professionally.
- Build and maintain a strong online community.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase reach and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams for timely content publishing.
- Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Knowledge of major social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital content and community building.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics is an added advantage.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
