Job Title: Purchase Coordinator (IT Procurement)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process purchase requisitions and prepare Purchase Orders (POs).
- Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate with vendors.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
- Maintain vendor relationships and identify new suppliers when required.
- Work closely with Sales, Projects, Stores, and Accounts for procurement activities.
- Track purchase orders and provide regular status updates.
- Verify invoices, delivery challans, and related documents.
- Maintain procurement records, vendor database, and documentation.
- Ensure timely procurement while meeting quality, cost, and delivery standards.
- Support inventory planning and coordinate with the warehouse/store team.
- Procure IT hardware, networking equipment, servers, laptops, desktops, storage devices, software licenses, and accessories.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement Coordination.
- Basic knowledge of IT hardware and networking products.
- Strong vendor management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP.
- Good organizational, documentation, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet procurement deadlines.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
