DY NSM Sales (Government Business)
Scope:
The DY. NSM (Government Business) is responsible for leading and expanding the
organisations government healthcare sales business across South India. The role
included developing and executing national sales strategies, driving revenue growth
through government hospitals, Medical Colleges, defence institutes, PSU’s and public
healthcare programs.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and implement government sales strategies aligned with organisational
objectives.
2) Drive revenue growth through central government, State government, Defence,
Railways, ESIC, Medical Colleges, Medical Corporations & Public Health Institutions.
3) Prepare annual business plans, sales forecast and growth strategies.
4) Identify new business strategies and emerging healthcare procurement programs.
5) Lead end-to-end management of GEM, state e-tender portals and institutional
procurement opportunities.
6) Oversee bid qualification, tender submissions, pricing strategy, negotiations, and
contract executions.
7) Ensure compliance with all tender requirements and procurement regulations.
8) Making Heidelco a well known Brand across South India.

1) Achievement of Annual Government Sales targets: Government Sales Revenue
Achievement.
2) Tender win Ratio : Tender & GEM Business Management.
3) Growth from Key Government accounts (AIIMS, Medical Colleges, State health
Departments, Defence, Railway etc.: Key Account Management.
4) Qualified opportunity Funnel coverage : Prospect and Funnel management.
5) Relationship Building with customers : Developing KOL’s
6) Identification of New projects/ tenders : Strategy and Business Development.
7) Product promotion : Marketing activities.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
