Job Description:
Academics:
· To be responsible for conducting activities in accordance with the designed programme, guidelines and utilize materials, and methods that contribute to a climate where children are actively engaged in a meaningful learning experience.
· To be effectively prepared for each session i.e. read plans, attend workshops and seek clarification, if necessary.
· To be aware of the objectives listed in the planner.
Student Administration:
· The teacher should ensure that the child’s growth and achievement is continuous and appropriate for the age group with the active engagement in the learning process.
· Be approachable and treat children fairly and objectively.
· Inculcate discipline in and out of the classroom.
· Treat children with dignity and respect.
· Promote maximum children participation.
· Induct and guide new children.
· Supervise children during breaks, arrival and dispersal points.
Classroom Functioning:
· The teacher should follow professional practices consistent with KIDS CLUB systems and policies in working with children, records, parents, and colleagues.
· Update the coordinator about any significant episode or incident related to the classroom. (child illness, long absenteeism without intimation)
· Perform daily duties: filling up of all records, check and sign child’s KIDS CLUB handbook.
· Remarks in the KIDS CLUB handbook must be written appropriately and acknowledged by the parents.
· Manage the classroom responsibly i.e. orderly and timely arrangement, appearance, décor. Monitor the physical setup and ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the classroom area.

Pay: From ₹300,000.00 per year
