* Job description-Role Overview
- Source loan cases for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and LAP
- Generate leads and convert customers
- Handle customer coordination from application to disbursement
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets
* Key Responsibilities-Lead Generation
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and networking
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Identify potential customers for different loan products
* Customer Handling
- If required explain loan products and eligibility criteria to customers
- Coordinate with customers for smooth processing
* Documentation & Processing
- Collect KYC, income, and business documents
- Coordinate with processing team until sanction and disbursement
* Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
