Position: Assistant Accountant
Department: Accounts & Finance
Reports To: Accountant / Finance Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Assistant Accountant to support the Accounts Department in managing daily financial transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Maintain and update financial records and accounting entries.
- Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Maintain petty cash records and expense reports.
- Assist in monthly and annual financial closing activities.
- Verify bills, receipts, and supporting documents.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding payments and accounts.
- Maintain proper filing of financial documents and records.
- Support audits and provide necessary documentation.
Pay: ₹15,000.54 - ₹18,000.00 per month
