Roles:
- Communicate with domestic and international clients through calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Understand client requirements and provide appropriate product information.
- Explain quotations, pricing, and commercial terms to clients.
- Follow up on quotations and address client queries.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads.
- Contact prospective customers and convert inquiries into business opportunities.
- Build relationships with prospects and existing clients.
- Negotiate and assist in closing sales opportunities.
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM/software.
- Maintain records of leads, quotations, and conversions.
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline
- BBA, B.Com, MBA (Marketing) preferred
- Excellent English communication skills mandatory
