About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and result-oriented Performance Marketer with strong expertise in Google Ads to manage, optimize, and scale digital campaigns for real estate lead generation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in running high-performance campaigns, analyzing conversion data, and driving measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube, and Remarketing).
- Drive qualified lead generation campaigns for real estate projects.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for CPL, ROI, and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Manage ad copy creation, extensions, landing page coordination, and A/B testing.
- Track and analyze performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking tools.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and scale high-performing campaigns.
- Collaborate with sales, CRM, and creative teams to improve funnel performance.
- Stay updated with the latest Google Ads updates, bidding strategies, and performance marketing trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Google Ads campaigns with measurable results.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CPC, CPL, CTR, ROAS, Conversion Rate).
- Hands-on experience with:
- Google Ads Manager
- Google Analytics (GA4)
- Conversion tracking setup
- Tag Manager
- Experience in lead generation campaigns (real estate experience preferred).
- Analytical mindset with strong data interpretation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Google Ads Certification (preferred).
- Experience in real estate marketing or high-ticket lead generation.
- Knowledge of landing page optimization and funnel strategy.
- Familiarity with CRM integration and lead tracking systems.
