Job Summary
The Inventory Executive is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring timely replenishment. The role focuses on minimizing inventory discrepancies and supporting smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP/system.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly stock audits.
- Receive, verify, and record incoming inventory.
- Coordinate stock transfers between warehouses and stores.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Prepare inventory reports and stock movement reports.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, and sales teams.
- Follow company inventory policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in inventory, warehouse, or store operations.
- Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply.
Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
