Job Title: Accounts & Collections Executive
We are looking for a soft-spoken and detail-oriented Accounts & Collections Executive to manage daily accounting tasks and follow up on outstanding payments in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and ledger entries
- Prepare invoices and track receivables
- Follow up with clients for pending payments politely and professionally
- Reconcile bank statements and accounts
- Maintain proper documentation and records
- Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in accounts and collections
- Basic knowledge of Tally / Excel / GST
- Strong communication skills with a calm and soft-spoken approach
- Good follow-up and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
