Roles & Responsibilities
- Prepare ECBC Compliance Reports.
- Prepare Carbon Footprint Reports for Environmental Clearance (EC).
- Assist in Traffic Impact Assessment studies.
- Prepare Disaster Management and Evacuation Reports.
- Support Environmental Clearance (EC) documentation and authority coordination.
- Prepare landscape layouts and related documentation for EC submissions.
- Collect, verify and organize project data from consultants and clients.
- Prepare technical reports, calculations and presentation documents.
- Prepare documentation for IGBC, GRIHA and GEM certification projects.
- Perform credit-wise calculations and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, clients and certification bodies.
- Review project drawings and identify sustainability compliance requirements.
- Respond to review comments and prepare resubmissions.
- Prepare technical reports, presentations and project submissions.
- Support project registration, documentation and certification processes.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
