Purpose of the role
The Associate D&T Analyst will support the day-to-day operational management of data and reporting processes. This role requires a strong understanding of Nielsen (NIQ) data structures and hierarchy, along with the ability to manage routine operational tasks such as data refreshes, report maintenance, and basic analysis. The role is execution-focused and suited for someone who is comfortable handling structured, repeatable processes while ensuring accuracy and consistency in data delivery. The role is also expected to understand key technical concepts and perform the role of a technical analyst within the Run and Enhance pod.
Key Accountabilities

Manage and execute regular data refresh cycles for dashboards and reports using Nielsen (NIQ) data sources.

Maintain and update Excel-based operational files and reporting templates used for business tracking and analysis.

Work with Nielsen data structures, hierarchies, and categories to ensure correct mapping and usage in reports.

Support operational workflows using internal tools and systems along with Nielsen platforms.

Perform data validation and basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of refreshed data.

Assist in resolving operational data issues and support the team with routine reporting and maintenance activities.

Follow established processes and documentation to ensure consistent and reliable operations.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree from Tier 1 institute
-
5–7 years of experience in data operations, reporting support, or Nielsen-based analytics environments.

Working Nielsen (NIQ) knowledge, including understanding of data structure, hierarchy, and categories.

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data handling, formulas, and structured reporting).

Basic analytical mindset with the ability to validate and interpret data outputs.
Preferred Qualifications
