Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Lead to drive the design and rollout of Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle Retail Brand Compliance solutions. This role will focus on managing the end-to-end lifecycle of private-label products and restaurant menu items while ensuring compliance with global safety, nutritional, and labeling standards.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling a digital thread across R&D, sourcing, and commercialization to accelerate product innovation and time-to-market.
Key Responsibilities1. PLM & Brand Compliance Leadership
- Lead the PLM & Brand Compliance workstream, including planning and sprint execution
- Drive implementation of:
- Innovation Management
- Product Development
- Brand Compliance Management Cloud Service
2. Product & Recipe Lifecycle Management
- Design and implement processes for:
- Private-label product specifications
- Ingredient-level menu development
- Recipe formulation and standardization
- Ensure consistency across product lifecycle stages
3. Compliance & Regulatory Governance
- Implement automated workflows for:
- Nutritional labeling
- Allergen tracking
- Regulatory certifications (FDA, ISO, etc.)
- Ensure products meet global compliance and safety standards
4. Supplier Collaboration & Data Management
- Configure supplier collaboration portals to:
- Capture product specifications
- Manage supplier audits
- Track sustainability certifications
- Enable seamless integration with Oracle Product Hub (PIM)
5. Integration & Value Chain Alignment
- Drive data synchronization across:
- Oracle PLM
- Oracle Retail systems
- Oracle ERP for Restaurants
- Ensure accurate COGS, menu pricing, and product data consistency
6. Launch Readiness & Commercialization
- Lead pilot rollouts to validate:
- Item masters
- Ingredient yields
- Packaging and labeling accuracy
- Ensure readiness for large-scale commercialization
7. Continuous Improvement & Analytics
- Leverage analytics and AI capabilities to:
- Identify high-risk ingredients
- Optimize sourcing strategies
- Reduce cost of quality and operational risks
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience
- 8+ years of experience in Retail / Food & Beverage technology
- Strong exposure to product lifecycle processes, private-label products, or restaurant menu management
- Minimum 3+ years working in Agile / SAFe environments
Oracle Expertise
- Hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM
- Product Development
- Product Hub (PIM)
- Proven track record of implementing PLM solutions
Domain Expertise
- Strong understanding of:
- Recipe formulation and ingredient management
- Packaging and labeling compliance
- Multi-unit restaurant supply chains
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Oracle Retail Brand Compliance & Merchandising Systems
- Integration experience using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Knowledge of:
- GFSI standards
- Sustainability / ESG reporting
- Supply chain best practices
