Job Summary
We are seeking a result-driven B2B Corporate Sales Executive with prior ISP experience to drive enterprise connectivity sales including Dedicated Internet Leased Line (ILL), MPLS, Broadband, Managed Services, and other telecom solutions. The ideal candidate must possess strong corporate networking, technical understanding of ISP solutions, and the ability to close high-value enterprise deals.
Key Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Identify and acquire new corporate clients for ISP services.
- Generate leads through cold calling, field visits, references, and networking.
- Target IT companies, manufacturing units, hospitals, educational institutions, corporate offices, and SMEs.
2. Product Sales
Promote and sell:
- Dedicated Internet Leased Line (1:1)
- Business Broadband Solutions
- MPLS & VPN Connectivity
- SD-WAN Solutions
- Managed LAN/WAN Services
- Firewall & Security Solutions
- Data Center & Cloud Services
3. Revenue & Target Achievement
- Achieve monthly MRC (Monthly Recurring Revenue) targets.
- Maintain a healthy sales funnel and conversion ratio.
- Ensure timely order closures and payment collections.
4. Client Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers (IT Managers, Procurement Heads, CXOs).
- Coordinate with technical and operations teams for feasibility and implementation.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and reduce churn.
5. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor pricing, offers, and coverage areas.
- Identify new business opportunities in fiber-ready zones and commercial hubs.
Required Skills & QualificationsEducational Qualification
- Any Graduate (MBA Marketing preferred).
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in ISP / Telecom B2B Sales.
- Proven track record in selling ILL, MPLS, or enterprise broadband solutions.
Technical Knowledge
- Understanding of Fiber Optic Connectivity.
- Basic knowledge of bandwidth concepts (Mbps, Gbps, 1:1 vs 1:4 contention).
- Awareness of SLA, uptime commitments, latency, and redundancy solutions.

Preferred Candidate Profile
