About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented TalentAcquisitionExecutive to join our HR team on a 6-month contractual basis. The incumbent will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to support the organization's hiring needs across corporate offices, laboratories, diagnostic centres, and field operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers to close positions within defined timelines.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, consultancies, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Negotiate salary within approved budgets and manage offer rollouts.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities and ensure smooth onboarding of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline for recurring and critical positions.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and documentation standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, hospitals, or the pharmaceutical industry will be preferred.
Experience handling volume hiring and multiple positions simultaneously is an advantage.
Required Skills
Strong sourcing and screening skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Good interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Contract Duration
6 Months (Contractual)
Preferred Candidate Profile
Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Comfortable handling recruitment for multiple business functions and locations.
Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
