Job Title: Interior Site Supervisor
Job Summary:
An Interior Site Supervisor oversees the day-to-day execution of interior fit-out and finishing works at construction sites. They ensure that projects are completed according to approved designs, quality standards, safety regulations, and project timelines while coordinating with contractors, workers, vendors, and project managers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior fit-out activities including civil, carpentry, painting, false ceiling, flooring, electrical, plumbing, and finishing works.
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is completed as per drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Coordinate with interior designers, architects, project managers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Manage labor teams and allocate daily tasks.
- Verify measurements and quantities before execution.
- Ensure materials are delivered, stored, and used efficiently.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues and delays.
- Maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Attend client and project review meetings when required.
- Monitor project timelines and assist in achieving completion targets.
Required Skills

Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 2–5+ years of experience in interior fit-out or construction site supervision (requirements vary by employer).
- Experience managing labor teams and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of site safety practices and quality standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
