Sportz Interactive builds digital platforms for some of the biggest sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, and publishers globally.
We are building FanOS, a modular platform designed to power sports fan engagement experiences across apps, websites, and digital ecosystems.
FanOS consists of four core product suites:
FanOS Play – Interactive fan engagement products (polls, predictors, fantasy contests, trivia, games)
FanOS Surface – Modular infrastructure to build sports apps, websites, and match centers
FanOS Media – Content creation and publishing tools
FanOS Data – Sports data infrastructure and analytics
We are looking for a Product Designer who can help define the experience layer of FanOS, designing intuitive fan experiences and scalable UI systems that power multiple sports platforms.
Role Overview
As a Product Designer for FanOS, you will be responsible for designing the user experience across multiple fan engagement products and digital surfaces.
You will work closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams to design scalable, modular product experiences that can power apps, websites, and match centers for leagues, teams, broadcasters, and publishers.
This role will focus not only on individual screens but also on building design systems and reusable UI components that enable FanOS to scale across multiple clients and sports ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
Product Experience Design
Design intuitive and engaging user experiences for FanOS Play and FanOS Surface
Create flows for fan engagement mechanics such as:
Design experiences for sports apps, websites, match centers, and stats pages
Design Systems & Modular UI
Build and maintain a design system for FanOS
Create reusable UI components that can be used across multiple FanOS products
Ensure consistency across:
engagement modules
match center components
content surfaces
data visualizations
Prototyping & Interaction Design
Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and interactive prototypes
Rapidly iterate on product ideas and concepts
Work closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented effectively
Data-Informed Design
Work with Product Managers and Analytics teams to understand user behavior
Use data and experimentation to improve engagement and usability
Iterate on designs based on product performance insights
Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Commercial teams
Participate in product discovery and ideation
Contribute to shaping the overall product vision for FanOS
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
5–8 years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or Interaction Design
Experience designing consumer-facing digital products
Experience working with product teams in fast-paced environments
Design Skills
Strong UX and interaction design fundamentals
Experience designing complex digital platforms
Ability to create modular and scalable design systems
Strong visual design and layout skills
Tools
Proficiency in tools such as:
Nice to Have
Experience designing gaming or fan engagement products
Experience designing data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, stats, analytics)
Interest in sports, gaming, or digital fan experiences
