You will support daily healthcare operations and patient care services. The goal is to help improve patient outcomes while learning about healthcare data, patient coordination, and hospital processes.
What You Will Do (Responsibilities)
Your daily tasks will include:
- Registering patients, booking appointments, and following up with them.
- Keeping patient medical records and data accurate and up to date.
- Talking with doctors, nurses, and staff to keep everything running smoothly.
- Answering questions from patients and giving them the information they need.
- Helping out with paperwork, billing, and checking insurance details.
- Creating reports and keeping patient data completely private.
Who Can Apply? (Eligibility)
You are a good fit if you have:
- Education: A current student or recent graduate in B.H.A / B.Sc in Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or similar fields.
- Interest: A genuine interest in working in healthcare and helping patients.
- Soft Skills: Great communication skills and a willingness to learn how healthcare systems work.
Skills Needed
The qualities and tools you should know:
- Strong communication and people skills.
- A basic understanding of medical terms and how healthcare works (preferred but not mandatory).
- Comfortable using computers, specifically MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Great attention to detail and good organizing skills.
- An empathetic, patient-first attitude.
