Job Responsibilities
Overseas Recruitment & Client Coordination
Source and screen candidates for overseas job opportunities.
Coordinate with international employers and recruitment partners.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
Guide candidates through documentation and application processes.
Assist in interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with recruitment procedures and company policies.
Internal HR & Hiring
Manage hiring requirements for Book My Journey.
Post job openings on recruitment portals and social media.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR reports.
Support employee engagement and performance management activities.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
