Job Description :-
We are hiring a Telecaller who is confident in communicating with potential clients over the phone. The role involves making outbound calls, introducing the company's services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities :-
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the provided database.
- Explain the company's services professionally and effectively.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule appointments or meetings with interested prospects.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer responses.
- Follow up with potential clients as required.
- Meet daily calling and productivity targets.
Requirements :-
- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
- Confident and professional telephone etiquette.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Daily Target :-
- Minimum of 200 outbound calls per day.
- Maintain call quality and accurate reporting of outcomes.
