We are looking for a passionate Learning & Development Executive to support our sales team through effective training and development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct sales training sessions
- Support onboarding of new employees
- Prepare training materials and modules
- Monitor performance and provide feedback
- Improve overall team productivity
Requirements:
- MBA (any discipline)
- 1–2 years of experience
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Interest in training and sales
Location: Kochi / Ernakulam
Salary: 3,00,000 LPA
