Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to drive sales and business growth for our co-working spaces. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into clients, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and field visits.
- Conduct client meetings and workspace tours.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain customer records and sales reports.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the operations team for client onboarding.
Required Skills:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales and negotiation abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Customer handling skills.
