We are looking for a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) for our Digital Marketing & Development Services team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Direct Sales, International Sales, End-to-End Sales, and client acquisition for IT/Digital Marketing services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate business through international and domestic sales channels.
- Handle complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Identify potential clients via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Upwork, email outreach, and other platforms.
- Pitch Digital Marketing & Development services to prospective clients.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure long-term business opportunities.
- Prepare proposals, conduct meetings, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project discussions and execution.
Required Skills:
- 4+ years of experience in IT/Digital Marketing sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in Direct Sales & International Client Handling.
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing Services and Web/App Development.
- Hands-on experience with:
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Apollo
- Upwork
- Lead Generation & Proposal Writing
- Target-oriented and self-motivated personality.

Pay: ₹34,401.01 - ₹98,632.16 per month
