We are looking for a passionate Digital Marketing Manager to drive our online presence, customer engagement, and revenue growth through innovative digital campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Campaign Execution
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive footfall, online ticket sales, and brand awareness.
Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
Utilize SEO, SEM, content marketing, and influencer collaborations to maximize reach and engagement.
Develop and execute social media marketing strategies, including organic content, paid promotions, and community engagement.
2. Performance Marketing & Analytics
Optimize digital ad campaigns to maximize ROI and minimize cost-per-acquisition (CPA).
Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as website traffic, conversions, engagement, and retention using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and other tracking platforms.
Continuously A/B test creatives, landing pages, and ad formats to improve conversion rates.
3. Website & App Optimization
Work with the web development team to ensure the company website is SEO-friendly, fast, and optimized for conversions.
Improve the user experience (UX) of our website and app to boost ticket sales and bookings.
Implement strategies for app downloads and user engagement.
4. Content & Brand Storytelling
Develop engaging video, image, and text content tailored to different platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, blogs, etc.).
Plan and oversee email marketing campaigns, SMS, and push notifications to drive customer retention.
Collaborate with influencers and local content creators to enhance brand visibility.
5. Offline & Localized Marketing Integration
Align digital campaigns with offline marketing efforts such as mall activations, in-park promotions, and events.
Partner with local businesses, bloggers, and online communities to promote special events and offers.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in amusement parks, entertainment, hospitality, or retail.
Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other paid media campaigns.
Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, performance marketing, and content marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM/email marketing tools.
Ability to create high-engagement content and viral campaigns.
Experience in collaborating with influencers and running community-based marketing.
Creative mindset with data-driven decision-making skills.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
