Core Duties
- Strategy: Drive financial planning, annual budgeting, and cash flow forecasting.
- Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to ICAI accounting standards, Ind AS, and Companies Act.
- Taxation: Oversee complex GST filings, corporate income tax, and Tax Deducted at Source (TDS).
- Audits: Coordinate statutory, internal, and tax audits with external auditors.
- Reporting: Prepare financial statements and management information system (MIS) reports for executives.
- Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage the Mumbai-based corporate finance team.
