About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive with experience in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging prospective customers, scheduling appointments, and supporting the sales team in achieving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact prospective customers to explain ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calling activities.
- Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status.
- Address customer queries and provide relevant project information.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights with internal stakeholders.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer relationship management.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic computer proficiency and MS Office knowledge.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–3 years of experience in Real Estate Telecalling, Tele Sales, or Customer Relationship roles.
- Strong customer service and sales orientation.
