We are looking for an experienced HR professional with prior experience in the Food & Retail/Food Industry preferred.

- Payroll processing and salary coordination
- Recruitment, interviews & onboarding
- Attendance, leave & employee records management
- Labour law & statutory compliance
- Employee engagement activities & events
- Training & development coordination
- Employee grievance handling & HR support
- Performance management and appraisal coordination
- HR policies, documentation & MIS
- Maintaining a positive and productive work environment
Experience: 3+ years in HR
Preferred: Experience in Food, Retail, QSR, Hospitality or FMCG indust
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
