1. Centre Operations & Administration
- Take overall responsibility for the centre’s business performance and day-to-day operations.
- Plan, coordinate, prioritize and delegate activities among centre team members.
- Ensure smooth functioning of academic, administrative, sales and support operations.
- Monitor centre infrastructure, facilities, resources and service standards.
- Maintain a clean, professional, friendly and student-centric work environment.
- Prepare and monitor batch schedules, centre calendars, operational reports and project status.
2. Business Development & Sales
- Own centre-level admission and revenue targets and drive the team towards achievement.
- Follow up on marketing-generated leads and maximize enquiries, walk-ins and conversions.
- Handle walk-in enquiries, understand customer requirements and provide appropriate course/product counselling.
- Maintain accurate lead, enquiry, conversion, admission and fee-payment records.
- Monitor the complete sales funnel from lead generation to admission and subsequent payment collection.
- Identify opportunities to improve conversion, retention, referrals and revenue.
- Develop new approaches to reach prospective students and create business opportunities.
3. Marketing & Brand Building
- Plan and execute local marketing and brand-building activities in alignment with company strategy.
- Develop innovative ideas to increase centre visibility, lead generation and market engagement.
- Participate actively in campaigns, seminars, workshops, exhibitions, school/college activities and other promotional initiatives.
- Build relationships with relevant external organizations, institutions and local stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, customer expectations and emerging opportunities.
- Identify new avenues for business development and market outreach.
4. Financial & Budget Management
- Prepare centre budgets, forecasts and expenditure proposals.
- Monitor centre expenses against approved budgets and maintain expenditure controls.
- Recommend appropriate resources, equipment and infrastructure requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of admissions, fees collected and payment documentation.
- Ensure safe custody and timely handover of cash, cheque, DD and payment-related documents to the Accounts team.
- Monitor outstanding fees and coordinate timely collection and follow-up.
5. Student Experience & Customer Success
- Ensure a high-quality student experience from enquiry through course completion.
- Address student queries, concerns and support requirements promptly.
- Coordinate the distribution of learning kits, reference materials and other student resources.
- Maintain appropriate records for learning materials and student-related activities.
- Manage referral incentive distribution and maintain supporting records.
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues to the appropriate department when required.
- Drive customer satisfaction and student delight.
6. Team Management & People Development
- Supervise, guide and evaluate centre team members.
- Allocate responsibilities based on priorities, capabilities and business requirements.
- Support recruitment and selection of appropriate team members.
- Assist in onboarding, training and development of new employees.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular guidance and feedback.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, discipline and a positive workplace culture.
7. Events & Centre Activities
- Coordinate and support centre events, seminars, workshops and company-sponsored activities.
- Manage venue, facility and service requirements for centre events.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers where required.
- Represent the centre during events and activities.
- Handle operational issues and unexpected situations during centre activities.
8. Reporting, Analysis & Continuous Improvement
- Prepare periodic reports covering business performance, admissions, revenue, leads, batches, activities and centre operations.
- Analyse centre data to identify gaps, opportunities and improvement areas.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing, sales and operational activities.
- Develop and implement improved processes and methods based on performance analysis.
- Provide recommendations to management for improving centre performance and profitability.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation related to centre activities.
9. Product & Market Knowledge
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all company offerings, courses, pricing, processes and policies.
- Stay informed about relevant industry developments and market trends.
- Understand customer requirements and changing market demand.
- Communicate product and process information accurately to students, staff and external stakeholders.
