About the Role
We are looking for experienced professionals to drive business growth, franchise expansion, and university partnerships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in institutional sales, partnership development, higher education engagement, or franchise business development.
Open Positions1. Business Development Manager – Franchise Expansion & Strategic Partnerships
Experience: 8–12 Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard franchise partners.
- Drive strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
- Build relationships with educational institutions, training organizations, and ecosystem partners.
- Manage the complete partnership lifecycle from prospecting to closure.
- Represent IKIGAI at industry events and networking forums.
2. Senior Manager – University Training & Academic Partnerships
Experience: 10+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with Vice Chancellors, Directors, Deans, Registrars, and Placement Heads.
- Establish strategic partnerships with universities and higher education institutions.
- Drive adoption of industry-integrated training and certification programs.
- Support the launch of AI Labs, Centers of Excellence, Faculty Development Programs, and student skilling initiatives.
- Contribute to long-term institutional growth and engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in Business Development, Institutional Sales, University Relations, Academic Partnerships, Franchise Sales, or Partnership Development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with Education, EdTech, Training, Consulting, or Higher Education organizations.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within universities, colleges, educational institutions, or franchise ecosystems.
- Experience handling strategic partnerships and multi-location business expansion.
- Exposure to skilling, workforce development, or education-focused initiatives.

Pay: ₹402,324.88 - ₹1,513,453.14 per year
