Job Description

Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across systems by performing regular data validation and quality checks.

Monitor and maintain data integrity by identifying discrepancies, duplicates, and errors, and taking corrective actions.

Manage data enrichment activities by researching and updating missing or incomplete information.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (operations, IT, business units) to resolve data-related issues and improve data processes.

Maintain and update databases using tools such as SAP, Salesforce, or other data management systems.

Develop and implement data quality standards, procedures, and best practices.

Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality metrics and highlight trends or issues.

Support data migration, cleansing, and transformation initiatives as required.
Qualifications
-
1+ years of experience in data management, data quality, or data integrity roles, with hands-on exposure to data enrichment and validation processes.

Proficiency in data management tools and platforms; experience with systems such as SAP or Salesforce is an added advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering (with an Information Systems focus), Data Analytics, or a related field involving large and complex datasets.

Strong quantitative and analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage high-volume data accurately.

Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Good research and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
