Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales of TMT Bars by meeting builders, contractors, fabricators, developers, and project consultants.
- Develop new customers and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Visit construction sites daily to identify upcoming steel requirements.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and convert enquiries into orders.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.
- Track competitor pricing, market trends, and project opportunities.
- Ensure timely payment collections and achieve monthly sales targets.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience in TMT Bars(mandatory )
- Good understanding of the construction industry and steel products.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of the Nagpur market is preferred.
- Must own a two-wheeler and have a valid driving licence.
Pay: ₹9,877.96 - ₹39,763.15 per month
