Job Title: IT HR Executive / IT HR Specialist
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions for our technology workforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance while supporting the organization's business objectives and fostering a positive work culture.
Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking platforms.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical interview rounds.
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
- Conduct employee induction and orientation programs.
- Facilitate joining formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate employee exit processes, including exit interviews and clearance procedures.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare HR-related reports and MIS.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Performance Management
- Support performance appraisal cycles and goal-setting processes.
- Track employee performance and development plans.
- Assist managers in performance review discussions and documentation.
Employee Engagement & Relations
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and grievances.
- Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Support employee recognition and reward programs.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate learning programs.
- Track employee skill development and certifications.
- Support career development initiatives.
HR Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
- Support audits and compliance-related activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 1–5 years of HR experience, preferably in the IT industry.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Familiarity with HRMS/ATS tools and recruitment portals.

Pay: ₹15,515.41 - ₹54,469.02 per month
