Job Description: Office Administrator & Multi-Disciplinary Support
We are looking for a versatile, proactive Office Administrator to serve as the backbone of our daily operations. This isn't your average "sit-at-the-desk" role—it’s a dynamic position designed for a "Swiss Army Knife" professional who can pivot between HR administration, public relations, logistics, and digital marketing.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and possesses a "get it done" attitude to support our growing team.
Key Responsibilities1. HR & General Administration
- HR Support: Assist with onboarding/offboarding, maintaining employee records, and coordinating internal training sessions.
- Office Flow: Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and ensure a professional, organized work environment.
- Documentation: Draft official correspondence, manage filing systems, and ensure compliance with internal policies.
2. Public Relations & Communication
- External Liaison: Act as a point of contact for media inquiries and external stakeholders.
- Brand Voice: Assist in drafting press releases, company announcements, and newsletters to maintain a positive public image.
3. Marketing & Social Media
- Digital Presence: Manage company social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), including scheduling posts and engaging with the community.
- Content Support: Coordinate with the creative team to ensure marketing materials are up-to-date and reflect current campaigns.
4. Logistics & Operational Support
- Supply Chain Coordination: Assist the logistics team with documentation, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Event Planning: Organize company events, travel arrangements, and off-site meetings.
5. Accounts & Finance (Preferred)
- Basic Bookkeeping: Assist with invoice processing, expense tracking, and petty cash management.
- Reporting: Help prepare basic financial summaries or reconciliation reports.
Candidate Profile
Essential Skills:
- Multitasking Pro: Ability to switch gears quickly without losing focus on the details.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (especially for PR and HR tasks).
- Tech Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must) and social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Canva).
- Organization: High-level time management and "inbox zero" energy.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar).
- Previous experience in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva) for social media support.
