Job Title: Purchase Executive

Job Summary
The Purchase Executive is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services required by the organization. The role involves vendor management, purchase order processing, cost optimization, inventory coordination, and ensuring timely procurement while maintaining quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
· Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
· Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate favorable terms.
· Prepare and process purchase orders according to company requirements.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to avoid shortages.
· Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
· Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, contracts, and supplier information.
· Coordinate with internal departments to understand procurement needs.
· Ensure purchased materials meet quality and specification requirements.
· Resolve supplier-related issues, including delivery delays and quality concerns.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
· Track market trends and identify cost-saving opportunities.
· Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
· Prepare procurement reports and purchase-related documentation.
· Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
· 1–5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain operations.
· Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, etc.).
· Strong negotiation and communication skills.
· Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
