About the Role
We are looking for confident and result-oriented Sales Consultants to engage with prospective clients in the US market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for outbound calling, lead qualification, customer engagement, and driving business growth through consultative selling.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with prospective US-based clients through outbound calls.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales pipeline.
- Build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Schedule consultations and follow-up calls with interested prospects.
- Handle customer objections and effectively communicate value propositions.
- Achieve individual sales and lead generation targets.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Work closely with the sales team to maximize conversions.
Required Skills
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in International Sales, Outbound Sales, Telesales, Pre-Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer proficiency and CRM knowledge.
- Willingness to work in the Night Shift (US Process).
