Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive with experience in the Gold & Diamond Jewellery industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to provide an exceptional shopping experience while achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers in selecting Gold, Diamond, and other jewellery products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and close sales effectively.
Generate sales while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and jewellery certifications to customers.
Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and display management.
Required Skills
Experience in Gold & Diamond Jewellery showroom sales.
Excellent customer handling and communication skills.
Strong negotiation and sales closing abilities.
Knowledge of jewellery products, pricing, and billing processes.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
