Dreamiens Wealth Management Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an HR Manager to join our team at HiLITE Business Park, Calicut.
We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of both HR and Administration, and help us build a strong, efficient and employee-friendly workplace.
What we’re looking for:
- 2+ years of experience in HR & Administration
- Any Graduate / MBA (HR preferred)
- Strong recruitment and employee management skills
- Good understanding of HR operations, policies and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage office administration independently
