We are looking for a passionate, knowledgeable, and dedicated PGT History Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent subject expertise, effective communication skills, and a student-centric approach to teaching. The teacher will be responsible for creating an engaging classroom environment that inspires critical thinking, historical inquiry, and academic excellence among senior secondary students.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach History to students of Classes XI & XII in accordance with the prescribed curriculum.
- Develop and deliver well-structured lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs.
- Foster critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and a deeper understanding of historical events and perspectives.
- Evaluate student progress through assignments, projects, class assessments, and examinations.
- Provide timely feedback, academic support, and mentoring to help students achieve their learning goals.
- Incorporate interactive teaching techniques, presentations, maps, timelines, audiovisual content, and digital learning tools to enhance classroom engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, academic performance, and other required documentation.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, parent-teacher interactions, training programs, and school events.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to improve teaching methodologies and enhance student outcomes.
- Prepare students effectively for board examinations and encourage overall academic development.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree (M.A.) in History from a recognized university.
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a PGT History Teacher is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with exceptional subject knowledge, strong communication skills, and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
